Job Requirements
- must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program
- available to work 15-20+ hours per week, including weekend availability
- ability to perform physical tasks related to the role such as standing, lifting, bending, etc.

Job Duties
- practice and demonstrate PERC, BIGGBY cultural values, and Pavilion Ventures core values
- create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere
- engage customers genuinely and enthusiastically
- help customers build customized drink and food orders
- maintain energy levels higher than the customers you serve
- memorize and follow BIGGBY flavor rules and recipes
- prepare hot, iced, and frozen beverages including lattes, crèmè freezes, mocktails, and tea
- prepare food items such as bragels, bagels, and muffins correctly and consistently
- memorize and execute the BIGGBY position priorities
- follow beverage-making, cleanliness, and safety procedures
- practice proper cash handling
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, lobby, dishes, and counters
- show up on time and in proper uniform
- support the team with additional tasks as assigned
