Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and name tag as per brand standards
  • Maintain regular attendance compliant with scheduling needs
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
  • Conduct thorough orientation and training for new Front Desk Agents
  • Attend to higher-level guest and associate concerns or questions
  • Greet and welcome all guests following company standards
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to meet performance standards
  • Handle requests for information, mail, and messages promptly and courteously
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local information
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and teamwork with all hotel departments
  • Follow all credit policies and maintain financial accuracy including cash handling
  • Manage reservations, rates, packages, and promotions knowledgeably
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently with a courteous demeanor
  • Use Front Desk computer systems effectively
  • Ensure logging and delivery of packages and mail
  • Use proper radio etiquette when communicating with associates
  • Attend management-required meetings
  • Maintain access and control to sensitive hotel areas and information
  • Drive safely on company business
  • Represent the company with professionalism and sound judgement
  • Perform additional duties as instructed by management
