Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid FAA commercial pilot license with helicopter and instrument ratings
- Minimum 2500 logged pilot-in-command hours preferred
- At least 500 turbine hours
- Valid FAA Class II medical certificate
- Ability to pass TSA/FBI background check
- Participation in FAA drug and alcohol testing program
- Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions safely
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach over shoulders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2500 pilot-in-command hours preferred with exceptions for similar experience
- 500 turbine flight hours
- Commercial-instrument helicopter rating
- Effective communication skills with excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Valid commercial pilot license
- Current FAA Class II medical certificate
Job Duties
- Ensure that the required documents and equipment are on board including aircraft registration, airworthiness certificate, AFM, daily logbook, company GOM, sectional aeronautical charts, passenger briefing cards, first aid kit, fire extinguisher(s), airsickness bags, life jackets, and night flight equipment
- Check aircraft maintenance logs to confirm scheduled maintenance and defect corrections
- Perform preflight inspections to verify airworthiness and compliance with limitations
- Ensure aircraft loading is within center of gravity and weight restrictions
- Monitor weather, NOTAMS, PIREPS and other relevant operational information
- Provide passenger briefings on boarding, in-flight, deplaning and emergency procedures
- File company or FAA flight plans for all flights including test, ferry, and training flights
- Maintain possession of valid FAA pilot certificates, medical certificates, and government identification
- Successfully pass flight checks on the aircraft type
- Complete additional duties as assigned
