Job Duties
- Support the documentation and standardization of end-to-end supply chain processes through playbooks, workflows, and RACI charts
- Assist in performing process mapping, identifying pain points, and tracking progress toward standardization
- Maintain organized repositories of process documentation and ensure updates are communicated to stakeholders
- Partner with IT, Planning, and Data teams to test and implement new digital tools and automation solutions
- Support business users in adopting system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Provide insights on system utilization and recommend opportunities to increase automation or streamline manual work
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at simplifying and optimizing supply chain processes
