Job Duties
- Manage beverage operation and staff in a manner consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the Food and Beverage Department
- Manage the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with Atlantis’ core service standards and brand attributes
- Resolve guest complaints and take appropriate action
- Provide input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to maintain competitive position
- Provide guidance and coaching to all beverage team members, ensure staff is scheduled properly
- Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
