Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- associate degree or equivalent related experience
- three years of experience in food and beverage management with minimum one year in supervisory capacity in high volume beverage gaming operation including banquets entertainment multiple bars and restaurants
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- strong POS operational and programming experience
- knowledge of government health hotel or food service regulations
- proficient in operational financial management accountability and budgeting
- ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- certification in ServSafe and TIPS Alcohol Awareness
- availability to work varying schedules including graveyard shifts

Job Duties
- Practice support and maintain the mission vision and values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha LLC
- provide the tools training communication and supplies necessary for the beverage team to deliver exemplary guest service
- assist in scheduling beverage team members to ensure appropriate coverage during regular operating hours and special events
- monitor par levels and daily inventory of supplies
- maintain beverage inventory and supplies in accordance with business demands
- participate in weekly inventory and assist Beverage Manager with weekly and monthly orders
- require payment and or comp authorization upon service of all food and beverage items and assist in balancing the cash register at the end of each shift
- ensure prompt efficient and friendly quality service and preparation of beverages
- comply with SMART or TIPS training
- authorize comp transactions
- participate in developing drink specials and promotions
- stay current with beverage service and offering trends
- attend periodic meetings and training sessions and ensure compliance with required trainings and certifications
- comply with all department rules regulations policies procedures internal controls and any local state and federal rules and regulations
- promote positive public and employee relations
- perform other duties as assigned
