Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- able to obtain a City of Milwaukee Bartending License
- minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred but not required
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues
- basic math skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Oversee beverage rooms
- ensure that all company policies are followed
- pull orders following order confirmations as well as game day orders
- perform end of event duties including inventory, stocking, and cleaning
- stock and maintain product inventories
- perform other duties as assigned by management
