Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years beverage or hospitality supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to enforce responsible alcohol service policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience in beverage or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally
- Familiarity with union contracts is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee beverage service operations on the casino floor during assigned shifts
- Ensure all Beverage Team Members meet individual and departmental goals
- Enforce responsible alcohol sales and service
- Handle intoxicated guests appropriately
- Monitor staffing levels and assist in scheduling
- Maintain proper inventory and perform monthly inventory reporting
- Provide training and support to Beverage Team Members
- Circulate through bars to ensure timely and cordial service
- Conduct Team Member observations for service quality
- Perform Point of Sale transactions including voids
- Respond promptly to beverage related guest issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
