Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Minimum six months in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Effective speaking skills
  • Basic math skills and reasoning ability
  • Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Minimum six months in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Effective speaking skills before groups of guests or Team Members
  • Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, rates, and percentages
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
  • Must qualify for and maintain a Class A gaming license
  • Computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Micros POS is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Select, schedule, and evaluate all Team Members within the Beverage department
  • Insure that proper guest service is maintained at all times
  • Responsible for maintaining proper Beverage service staffing levels at all times
  • Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling
  • Communication within other departments
  • Ensure all Team Members are abiding by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC
  • Other duties as assigned
