Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Minimum six months in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Effective speaking skills
- Basic math skills and reasoning ability
- Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Minimum six months in a supervisory capacity
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Effective speaking skills before groups of guests or Team Members
- Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, ratios, rates, and percentages
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
- Must qualify for and maintain a Class A gaming license
- Computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Select, schedule, and evaluate all Team Members within the Beverage department
- Insure that proper guest service is maintained at all times
- Responsible for maintaining proper Beverage service staffing levels at all times
- Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures for food handling
- Communication within other departments
- Ensure all Team Members are abiding by all liquor laws and policies set forth by PRC
- Other duties as assigned
