Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or beverage environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and understanding of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze pricing, product mix, and cost of sales performance
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee daily beverage operations across all property outlets
- Ensure proper ordering, storage, and inventory of all beverage products
- Collaborate with outlet leadership and vendors for consistent supply and quality
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail standards
- Manage cost controls and beverage budget adherence
- Train and develop beverage staff to maintain high service standards
- Analyze pricing, product mix, and cost of sales to optimize profitability
