Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or beverage environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Proficient in inventory management systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze pricing, product mix, and cost of sales performance
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily beverage operations across all property outlets
  • Ensure proper ordering, storage, and inventory of all beverage products
  • Collaborate with outlet leadership and vendors for consistent supply and quality
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company liquor, beer, wine, and cocktail standards
  • Manage cost controls and beverage budget adherence
  • Train and develop beverage staff to maintain high service standards
  • Analyze pricing, product mix, and cost of sales to optimize profitability
