Job Requirements
- Must have Food Handling Certification
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Basic math proficiency
- Ability to work independently
- Good English communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
- Adherence to dress code
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles is desired
- Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English reading, communication, and following recipes
- Food Handling Certification is required
- Familiarity with cash handling is a plus
- Barista experience preferred but not mandatory
- Compliance with dress code policies
Job Duties
- Process financial transactions using a register/POS system including cash and credit card payments
- Greet and assist clients while forecasting their needs to ensure a positive experience
- Prepare and present coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand guidelines
- Support food preparation and serve food items in line with establishment standards
- Organize and reconcile the cash register, complete cashier's slips accurately, and deposit funds as required
- Follow cash management policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization by arranging and taking down coffee bars and work zones
- Regularly sanitize equipment and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Equip the establishment with necessary drink coolers, snacks, serving items, and condiments
- Follow management instructions and take on different responsibilities as needed
