Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in customer service roles is desired
- Experience with cash handling preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and brand standards
- Must obtain Food Handling Certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code
- Must have basic math skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
- Prior cash handling experience is a plus
- Barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic understanding of math and accurate counting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English reading and communication
- Strong adherence to recipes and brand standards
- Food Handling Certification required
- Compliance with designated attire is mandatory
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment when necessary
Job Duties
- Process financial transactions using a register or POS system including handling cash and credit card payments
- Greet and assist clients forecasting their needs to ensure a positive experience
- Follow brand guidelines for preparation and presentation of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with establishment standards
- Organize and reconcile cash register, accurately complete cashier's slip and deposit funds when required
- Comply with cash management guidelines and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee bar, zones, and shop areas
- Sanitize equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Stock drink coolers, snacks, serving essentials, and condiments
- Adhere to health and safety regulations for food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
