Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older
Willingness to learn and grow
Capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
Clean and professional appearance required
Availability for flexible scheduling including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends

Job Qualifications

Passionate about beverages and customer service
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous barista or beverage experience is a plus
Great multitasker who can follow recipes and be quick on their feet
Knowledge of espresso (bonus)

Job Duties

Craft delicious, high-quality beverages with consistency
Customize drinks to guest preferences
Maintain a clean and organized beverage station
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked
Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service
Support specialty promotions and seasonal drink launches
Follow all food safety and quality standards
