Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associate degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years as a Beverage Supervisor or similar position
- Proficiency in Beverage Management software such as Micros, Agilysys, or similar
- Knowledge of food health and safety principles and regulations
- Familiarity with training team members
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support and motivate team members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards
- Manage daily operations ensuring exceptional guest service while maintaining beverage quality standards
- Ensure all standards and steps of service are met through guest interactions and address guests' opportunities as necessary
- Oversee opening and closing procedures ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory and place beverage orders following departmental par levels
- Participate in menu development for new concepts
- Assist the Beverage Manager with marketing, brand, and guest experience collaborations
- Submit detailed daily and monthly reports promptly
- Maintain positive relationships with distributors and vendors
- Ensure equipment maintenance and timely repairs
- Conduct competitive research and report trends and recommendations
- Prepare periodic status reports related to beverage operations
- Provide technical support to the Beverage Manager
- Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and team member engagement
- Develop and adjust schedules to align with business requirements
- Assist with employment terminations under management guidance
- Build lasting relationships based on honesty, integrity, and effective communication
