Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in beverage or hospitality supervision
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Experience in hospitality management or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting resort values
- Monitor and coordinate beverage department team activities
- Respond to and follow up on guest requests and concerns timely
- Understand and implement management policies and suggest improvements
- Promote responsible alcohol service following legal and training guidelines
- Supervise, plan, and schedule beverage shift operations
- Circulate through bar areas ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to protocols
- Ensure beverage equipment operates effectively, liaising with IT, engineering, and vendors
- Practice safety rules and comply with health standards
- Conduct regular communication with team and other departments
- Interview, hire, and train beverage team members
- Maintain quality control of product and service presentation
- Evaluate and manage job performance of beverage team members
