Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in beverage or hospitality supervision
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Familiarity with beverage operations and equipment maintenance

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting resort values
  • Monitor and coordinate beverage department team activities
  • Respond to and follow up on guest requests and concerns timely
  • Understand and implement management policies and suggest improvements
  • Promote responsible alcohol service following legal and training guidelines
  • Supervise, plan, and schedule beverage shift operations
  • Circulate through bar areas ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to protocols
  • Ensure beverage equipment operates effectively, liaising with IT, engineering, and vendors
  • Practice safety rules and comply with health standards
  • Conduct regular communication with team and other departments
  • Interview, hire, and train beverage team members
  • Maintain quality control of product and service presentation
  • Evaluate and manage job performance of beverage team members
