Job Duties
- Distribute and assign tasks to the inside service team
- troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair coffee, tea and other beverage equipment
- breakdown coffee or tea equipment and parts
- determine root cause for failure of equipment
- repair and refurbish equipment preparing equipment for installation at client accounts
- keep bench area clean and sanitized at all times
- manage and maintain appropriate levels of parts and equipment inventory needed to support customer growth
- manage and protect the security and traceability of equipment and parts
- label and stock received items in designated areas
- prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and arranging for transportation
- participate in quality control measures
- provide feedback to manager to support continuous quality improvement
- follow applicable safety rules, working practices and environmental requirements
- perform other tasks as assigned
