Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- High school diploma or GED required
- Six months job related experience preferred
- Obtain a Food Handlers Card within 90 days of hire
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient use of smartphone for company applications, email, and text required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
Job Qualifications

- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict situations
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all guests in the casino whether or not they are gambling
- Greet guests and build personal first name relationships
- Maintain a well-stocked, orderly, clean work and Beverage guest stations
- Prepare and serve beverages (hot and cold) using drink dispensing machines
- Take and record temperature of storage areas such as refrigerators and steam tables
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes or silverware
- Accept payment from guests and make change as necessary
- Maintain all health and safety regulations
- Remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash
- Perform other duties as assigned
