- possess a pleasant personality
- previous food and beverage experience preferred
- able to work independently with minimal supervision
- able to work as a team member
- present professional appearance at all times
- able to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- able to read, write, speak and understand English
- bilingual skills preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to write accurate and polished reports and correspondence
- able to speak professionally with the public
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- ability to streamline processes for return on investment
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- ability to interpret instructions in various formats
- ability to process detailed work and respond timely
- ability to apply regulatory concepts and policies to practical situations

Job Duties
- Perform necessary tasks to serve guests such as greeting casino patrons, taking and filling all food and beverage orders
- take beverage orders from casino patrons and deliver them promptly
- coordinate with bartenders when placing and retrieving beverage orders
- prepare guest checks via Point of Sale (POS) system
- complete and balance all transactions at the end of shift
- act as waiter banker and provide change during guest checkout
- make coffee as needed
- add ice and change soft drink containers
- prepare server station and ensure all stocking and side work are complete
- maintain a neat and clean service area
- act immediately on all customer comments to ensure corrections are made
- commit to the Team R.O.C.K. Philosophy
- act as a role model and present oneself as a credit to River Rock Casino
- meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory and company policies
- attend all required meetings and training
- maintain confidentiality at all times
- perform other duties as assigned
