- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with respect to all matters pertaining to the gaming enterprise business

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to proactively streamline processes for company's return on investment
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
- Ability to process detailed work and requests for information or assistance in a timely manner
- Ability to apply regulatory and procedure doctrine, concepts, and policy to practical situations
Job Duties
- Perform necessary tasks to serve guests such as greeting casino patrons and taking and filling all food and beverage orders
- Take beverage orders from casino patrons and deliver them promptly
- Coordinate with bartenders when placing and retrieving beverage orders
- Prepare guest checks via Point of Sale (POS) system and complete and balance all transactions at the end of shift
- Act as a waiter banker by providing change during guest checkout without checking out an imprest bank from the Cage
- Make coffee as needed
- Add ice and change soft drink containers
- Prepare server station and ensure all stocking and side work are complete
- Maintain a neat and clean service area
- Act immediately on all customer comments to ensure corrections are made

- Act as a role model representing River Rock Casino and encourage others to do the same
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies and procedures
- Attend all required meetings and training
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
