Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- be a gracious host to guests and co-workers
- promote positive community influence and participate in company events
- ensure interactions follow ACES Service Program guidelines
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed
- promote gaming events and promotions
- process cash and credit card transactions with financial integrity
- prepare and pour drinks as per recipes and procedures
- slice fruit as required
- maintain clean and stocked workstation
- comply with state, company, and department policies
- provide fast, accurate ACES Service to guests
- keep service wells clean and sanitized
- stock supplies if bar back is unavailable
- provide breaks for bartenders
- meet sales goals set by supervisor
- work special events as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
