Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and comply with company policies
- Adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- Successful completion of alcohol awareness training
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol service and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs
- Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training
- Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects company practices
- Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and comply with Board of Health Standards
- Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards
- Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Complete assigned side-work and additional tasks with a high degree of teamwork
- Continuously observe and anticipate guests' needs to fulfill any and all guest opportunities
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service station including all glassware, condiments, coffee, and dry goods
- Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures
- Know all cocktail and beverage pricing
- Retrieve glassware from Casino and other assigned areas
