Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for 10% of the time and walk 90% of the time during shifts
- Capability to perform some pushing, twisting, bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping, and reaching above and below shoulders
- Ability to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues
- Able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 10 hours
- Must be able to work in environments with secondary smoke, high noise, bright lights, and dust
- Must handle fast-paced environment with constant customer contact
- Must be able to make rational decisions when addressing customer needs
- Availability to work swing shifts starting between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM
- Must obtain Illinois gaming license and pass background check
- Must comply with pre-employment drug testing
Job Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to respond calmly under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Assist with maintaining inventory and restocking supplies
