Job Requirements
- Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality
- must be able to bend twist turn push and pull
- must be able to lift and carry above below the shoulders minimum of 25 lbs
- must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift
- must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations
- must tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust
- must be able to read write speak and understand English
- must be able to maneuver around office areas effectively and respond to visual and aural cues
- must have dexterity to grip and work necessary items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
- must be 21 years of age
- must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License
- must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including holidays and weekends
- must present a well-groomed appearance
- must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide prompt courteous beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas
- take drink orders and communicate with bartender
- assist in preparation of drinks
- present drinks to guest
- accept payments and maintain accountability for all transactions
- maintain a clean workstation
- monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- provide personalized service and build relationships with guests
- anticipate needs and ensure guest satisfaction
