Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly
- Knowledge of company safety and grooming standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy items

- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
- Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
- Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training
- Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects company practices
- Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so
- Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards
- Know the location of the MSDS booklet for the work area
- Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities
- Be familiar with cocktails and prices to fill service requests
- Complete assigned side-work and additional tasks with teamwork
- Continuously observe and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service station including glassware and condiments
- Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures
- Retrieve glassware from casino and assigned areas
