Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Ability to serve alcohol responsibly
  • Knowledge of company safety and grooming standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy items

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Basic understanding of safety and health regulations
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures

Job Duties

  • Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
  • Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
  • Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training
  • Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects company practices
  • Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so
  • Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards
  • Know the location of the MSDS booklet for the work area
  • Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
  • Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities
  • Be familiar with cocktails and prices to fill service requests
  • Complete assigned side-work and additional tasks with teamwork
  • Continuously observe and anticipate guest needs
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked service station including glassware and condiments
  • Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures
  • Retrieve glassware from casino and assigned areas
