Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to serve alcohol in compliance with legal regulations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must adhere to grooming and uniform standards
- Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails and beverage pricing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of safety and health regulations
- Teamwork and cooperation skills
- Basic knowledge of alcohol awareness and responsible service
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
- Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training
- Behave in a positive and professional manner
- Practice and observe safety rules and regulations
- Maintain high personal grooming and uniform standards
- Know location of MSDS booklet for assigned area
- Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Inform manager on duty of any team member or guest opportunities
- Be familiar with cocktails and prices to fulfill service requests
- Complete assigned side work and additional tasks with teamwork
- Continuously observe and anticipate guests' needs
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service station
- Comply with all cash and credit charging procedures
- Retrieve glassware and bottles from casino and other areas
