Job Requirements
- Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making
- Must have the ability to obtain a Gaming Work Card
- Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures
- Must be able to handle a flexible schedule
- Follow proper transaction settlement procedures
- Have complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers served by Graton Resort & Casino, as well as proper glassware, pricing and garnishes
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds of product
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires ability to hear

Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
- Inform supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
- Serve alcohol responsibly following alcohol awareness training
- Behave in a positive, professional manner reflecting company practices
- Observe and encourage safety rules and Board of Health standards
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
- Know location of MSDS booklet for the area
- Display knowledge of emergency procedures
- Inform manager on duty of team member or guest opportunities
- Be familiar with cocktails, wines, beers, pricing, and glassware to fulfill service requests
- Complete assigned side-work and additional tasks with high teamwork
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs continuously
- Maintain a clean and stocked service station including glassware, condiments, coffee, and dry goods
- Comply with cash and credit charging procedures
- Retrieve glassware and bottles from casino and assigned areas
