Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in beverage service or related hospitality role
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly upon arrival maintaining a cheerful and courteous disposition
Take beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point of sale system
Deliver prepared drinks to guests efficiently upon production of the order
Circulate the assigned work area frequently to check guest satisfaction and take additional orders
Complete payment transactions accurately
Maintain a professional image and courteous demeanor at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
