Job Requirements
- Must provide proof of age (18 or 21 depending on state legislation)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Consistent and punctual attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, and walk actively throughout the theater
- Ability to follow direction promptly and respond with urgency
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks including cleaning and sanitizing
- Must provide excellent guest service at all times
Job Qualifications
- Basic food handling training and any necessary local or state certifications
- Completion of safe alcohol service training if working with alcohol
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Energetic and friendly attitude
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a bright smile and professional demeanor
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Accurately record food and beverage orders swiftly
- Manage transactions on the assigned register, ensuring a proper cash balance and reporting any discrepancies
- Verify guest identification to confirm they are at least 21 years old for all alcohol transactions
- Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas only
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques consistently
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure accurate food orders
- Regularly sanitize high-contact areas for both employees and guests
- Utilize personal protective equipment appropriately while performing tasks
- Adapt to the frequency and scope of cleaning tasks as required
- Monitor safety and security concerns and report them to management
- Perform additional work-related duties as needed
