Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensing
- Physical ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without accommodation
- Previous experience in beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of POS or Micros type systems preferred

Job Duties
- Order, deliver, and serve food and beverage items to patrons throughout the casino
- Assist bartenders with beverage preparation
- Purchase drinks in advance to ensure accuracy and consistency with revenues and product handling
- Maintain professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests and team members
- Practice safe food and beverage handling techniques
- Learn and be tested on new products, recipes, and service techniques regularly
- Perform other duties as assigned
