Job Duties
- Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner
- takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender to deliver drink order to the guest at their location
- demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge
- maintains cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays
- performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations
- ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation, including restocking service well with supplies
- checks supplies and maintains proper set up and cleanliness of service stations before, during, and after shift
- prepares coffee and soft drinks for the drink orders
- properly garnishes drinks
- performs other related duties as assigned
