Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a smoking environment
- Money-handling experience

Job Duties
- Provide beverage service to all casino customers in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service
- Pick up empty glasses and return them to the proper area
- Assist in the preparation of drink orders as required (icing glasses, garnishing drinks)
- Work in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, accepting payment, and giving change when necessary
- Maintain a clean station at all times and perform assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins
- Clean and replace dirty ashtrays
- Possess complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
