Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months job related experience preferred
- obtain a Food Handlers Card within 90 days of hire
- bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- a smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
- must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
Job Qualifications

- bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- six months job-related experience preferred
- ability to handle conflict situations
- display strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficient use of a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
- ability to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all guests in the casino whether or not they are gambling
- greet guests and build personal first name relationships
- maintain a well-stocked, orderly, clean work and beverage guest stations
- prepare and serve beverages (hot and cold) using drink dispensing machines
- take and record temperature of storage areas such as refrigerators and steam tables
- clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes or silverware
- accept payment from guests and make change as necessary
- maintain all health and safety regulations
- remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash
- perform other duties as assigned
