Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift 71 to 80 pounds
- prior experience in beverage service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- availability to work day and swing shifts
Job Qualifications
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- fluency in English
- previous beverage experience considered a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- familiarity with inventory management preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to handle physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly
- perform routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items
- stay up to date on cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware
- ensure requisitions are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
- stock coolers and dry stock items for bartenders
- support bartenders and beverage servers to deliver efficient service
- maintain inventory accuracy
