Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Ability to manage time efficiently with minimal supervision
- Must obtain Gaming work card in California
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and reach up to six feet
- Ability to push or pull carts and operate pallet jacks

- Obtain and maintain a Gaming work card in California

Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino’s culture and service standards
- Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
- Carry work cards during shifts and serve alcohol responsibly
- Maintain professional and positive behavior reflecting company practices
- Comply with safety rules, Board of Health Standards, and company policies
- Use cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner and disinfectants
- Maintain cleanliness and order of pump/soda room, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Polish brass, mirrors, and maintain the image of bars and storage areas
- Notify management when stock orders are necessary
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and MSDS booklet location
- Inform manager of team member or guest opportunities
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
