Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- Valid alcohol awareness certification or willingness to complete training
- Ability to adhere to safety and health regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to maintain grooming and uniform standards
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar or hospitality service preferred
- Knowledge of alcohol service regulations
- Ability to maintain professional and positive demeanor
- Strong understanding of safety and health compliance
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
Job Duties
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating service standards at all times
- Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs
- Carry work cards at all times during shift and serve alcohol responsibly according to alcohol awareness training
- Behave in a positive, professional manner reflecting company practices
- Practice and observe safety rules and regulations, comply with Board of Health Standards
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to company policies
- Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for assigned area
- Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Inform manager on duty of any team member or guest opportunities
- Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all-purpose cleaners
- Maintain cleanliness and stock in pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash and margarita containers, ensure area is well stocked and notify manager when orders are needed
- Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile area
- Polish all mirrors
- Maintain image of all bars and storage areas
- Perform other job related duties as assigned
