Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to 12 hours and lift 25-50 pounds
  • position reports to General Manager

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • manage staff schedules and training
  • enforce health and safety standards including food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • maintain customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns
  • ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • report to the General Manager and support overall restaurant performance
  • manage inventory and supplies
