Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- ability to stand and maintain mobility for up to 12 hours and lift 25-50 pounds
- position reports to General Manager

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- manage staff schedules and training
- enforce health and safety standards including food safety and responsible alcohol service
- maintain customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns
- ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- report to the General Manager and support overall restaurant performance
- manage inventory and supplies
