Job Duties
- Support the daily operations of the dining and beverage service areas including restaurant, lounge, and special event venues
- Supervise, train, and inspire front-of-house staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service
- Oversee all aspects of the club's beverage program including wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure quality and profitability
- Ensure compliance with state and club regulations regarding alcohol service, safety, and sanitation
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to enhance member experiences through thoughtful pairing suggestions and seasonal beverage menus
- Play a key role in planning and executing club events, tastings, and special promotions
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service, engaging with members and guests to ensure satisfaction
