Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of beverage management or supervisory experience
- strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology
- ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- possession or ability to obtain Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
- adherence to Atlantis grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors

- excellent communication and organizational skills

- must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required or ability to obtain
- proficiency with POS systems and Stratton-Warren Inventory a plus
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Atlantis Casino Every Player's Paradise culture and service standards
- lead and motivate the beverage team to uphold service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline beverage team members
- oversee daily operations of all beverage outlets ensuring compliance with company, health, and safety standards
- monitor cleanliness, health code compliance, and proper use of supplies and equipment
- develop and implement training programs to drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence
- manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs in line with business needs
- review and approve team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- track financial performance, control costs, and apply financial data to improve operations
- collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- perform additional duties as assigned
