Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of beverage management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required or ability to obtain
- Adherence to Atlantis grooming standards (no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors)
- Proficiency with POS systems and Stratton-Warren Inventory a plus

Job Duties
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Atlantis Casino "Every Player's Paradise" company-wide culture and demonstrating Atlantis Casino Service Standards at all times
- Lead and motivate the beverage team to uphold Atlantis service standards and deliver a world-class guest experience
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed
- Oversee daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company, health, and safety standards
- Monitor cleanliness, health code compliance, and proper use of supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement training to drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs in line with business needs
- Review and approve team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Track financial performance, control costs, and apply financial data to improve operations
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned
