Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of beverage or bar management experience
  • Experience managing beverage programs in high-volume hospitality environments
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and beverage program development
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory tools

Job Duties

  • Manage beverage operations across concessions, premium areas, and events
  • Develop beverage menus and programs that enhance guest experience
  • Train and supervise beverage staff including bartenders and supervisors
  • Monitor beverage inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies
  • Collaborate with operations and culinary leadership for event planning
  • Maintain high standards for service quality and guest engagement
  • Analyze sales data to optimize beverage offerings and profitability
