Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of beverage or bar management experience in upscale or fine-casual setting
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology
  • Proven skill in managing costs and vendor relationships
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems
  • Commitment to upholding health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in beverage or bar management within an upscale or fine-casual environment
  • Strong wine, spirits, and mixology knowledge with proven cost-management skills
  • Confident floor presence and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Experience in staff training, vendor negotiations, and POS/reporting systems
  • Passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable social experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the beverage program including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost control and quality
  • Develop and update beverage menus seasonally, aligning with culinary direction and guest trends
  • Lead staff education and tasting programs to elevate product knowledge and service standards
  • Actively manage the floor during service - supporting the team, engaging with guests, and ensuring a polished experience
  • Monitor performance, sales mix, and cost metrics to achieve financial targets
  • Support FOH leadership in maintaining a consistent and cohesive service culture
  • Ensure compliance with all beverage service, health, and safety regulation
