Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of beverage or bar management experience within upscale or fine-casual environment
  • strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology
  • proven cost-management skills
  • ability to lead and maintain floor presence in fast-paced, guest-focused settings
  • experience with staff training, vendor negotiations, and POS/reporting systems
  • passion and dedication to hospitality and social experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the beverage program including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships focusing on cost control and quality
  • develop and update beverage menus seasonally aligning with culinary direction and guest trends
  • lead staff education and tasting programs to elevate product knowledge and service standards
  • actively manage the floor during service supporting the team, engaging with guests, and ensuring a polished experience
  • monitor performance, sales mix, and cost metrics to achieve financial targets
  • support FOH leadership in maintaining a consistent and cohesive service culture
  • ensure compliance with all beverage service, health, and safety regulations
