Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in beverage management
- Experience in a resort or high-volume hospitality setting
- Ability to manage multiple beverage outlets simultaneously
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and health regulations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in beverage management in a resort or high-volume hospitality setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple beverage outlets or venues
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of liquor brands, wines, beers, and cocktail preparations
- Ability to maintain high standards of health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Monitor daily beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage fiscal budgets and execute marketing strategies to drive profitability
- Maintain par levels of supplies and equipment with timely requisitions
- Implement policies, training programs, and scheduling for beverage staff
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, and coach beverage team members
- Collaborate with Human Resources regarding employee relations
- Maintain compliance with state liquor regulations and health standards
