Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in beverage management
  • Experience in a resort or high-volume hospitality setting
  • Ability to manage multiple beverage outlets simultaneously
  • Knowledge of state liquor laws and health regulations
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in beverage management in a resort or high-volume hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple beverage outlets or venues
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of liquor brands, wines, beers, and cocktail preparations
  • Ability to maintain high standards of health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Monitor daily beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Manage fiscal budgets and execute marketing strategies to drive profitability
  • Maintain par levels of supplies and equipment with timely requisitions
  • Implement policies, training programs, and scheduling for beverage staff
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, and coach beverage team members
  • Collaborate with Human Resources regarding employee relations
  • Maintain compliance with state liquor regulations and health standards
