Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • One to two years of experience in a related position
  • Excellent comprehension for guest and associate matters
  • Ability to interpret instructions from customers, associates, and managers
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to read and implement policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 20-40 lbs
  • Mobility to cover all areas of food and beverage outlets
  • Ability to stand continuously and climb stairs as needed
  • Ability to perform bending tasks for serving and cleaning

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to interpret instructions and policies
  • Knowledge of food safety and chemical agents for training
  • Strong comprehension of policies, procedures, and operational forecasts
  • Proficient in scheduling and SOP adherence

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, and catering to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, franchise policies, and federal, state, and local regulations
  • Meet and exceed financial goals through effective budget preparation, implementation, and monitoring
  • Manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and menu management to increase sales
  • Maintain sanitation and equipment standards in food and beverage areas
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, issues, and feedback to enhance guest experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
