Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a resort or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
- Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beverage service

Job Duties
- Monitor daily beverage operations and fiscal budgets
- Ensure guest service standards and implement marketing strategies
- Manage par levels for inventory and complete requisitions
- Execute policies, operating procedures, and training programs
- Interview, select, train, and supervise beverage staff
- Drive employee engagement through coaching and development
- Maintain health, sanitation, and liquor compliance standards
- Maintain detailed product knowledge of all beverage items
