Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Experience in leadership role
- Exposure to large volume operations preferred
- Knowledge of health and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage multi-million dollar P&L
- Valid state liquor license certification
- Ability to lift and carry 30-40 pounds
- Ability to push or pull 50-100 pounds
- Ability to perform physical activities including sitting, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
- Capability to work in varying temperature conditions

Job Duties
- Develop strategic direction and drive execution of restaurant bar and food operations
- Ensure highest quality of beverage standards for product and service
- Attend and participate in management, staff and preconvention meetings
- Influence growth of restaurant revenues
- Develop and mentor high potential leaders
- Ensure brand standards are implemented and maintained
- Oversee and assist with the White Lodging Way processes and training
- Create competitive and progressive growth culture with high team member retention
- Empower employees to provide excellent service
- Analyze beverage pricing and develop promotional programs
- Maintain departmental control procedures and accountability
- Observe employee service behaviors and provide feedback
- Manage department operations to meet financial goals
- Monitor operations and implement improvements
- Interact with customers to obtain feedback
- Provide guidance and coaching to improve service
- Analyze information to solve problems
- Adhere to company handbook, SOPs and processes
- Participate in progressive discipline and new hire approval
- Support departmental orientation and training
- Research and develop standardized beverage specifications
- Conduct new beverage menu tastings
- Assist with hotel openings including training, setup and sanitation
