Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently bend from the waist
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Frequent use of hands and arms in repetitive motions
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in management or supervisory role preferably in full service restaurant
- Experience in hospitality industry with passion for service
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Ability to lead and foster high performance team environment
- Organized, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and special events
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Current manager handler card preferred
- Leadership skills with decision-making ability under pressure
Job Duties
- Manage bar inventory, supply, and standards
- Oversee bar team including training and scheduling
- Maintain beverage cost control and accurate inventory
- Ensure steps of service are met by all bar staff
- Communicate menu changes and specials to staff and management
- Organize and protect liquor room inventory
- Promote staff growth and adherence to company standards
- Supervise cocktail preparation and quality
- Implement and support staff incentive programs
- Perform monthly inventory and manage ordering process
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of bar and liquor room
- Manage daily operations with General Manager
- Handle staff scheduling, breaks, and overtime awareness
