Job Requirements

  • Passionate about luxury hospitality and service
  • Minimum 2 years similar work experience
  • Minimum 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • Experience in executing creative cocktail recipes
  • Skilled in researching beverage trends
  • Experienced in scheduling and labor cost control
  • Strong leadership and team training capabilities
  • Able to handle administrative duties such as inventory and payroll
  • Flexible to work long hours in a 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality beverage management
  • At least 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • Expertise in mixology and beverage trend research
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficient in scheduling and labor cost management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with inventory, payroll, and cost control administration

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the cocktail restaurant and bar
