- Minimum 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar

- Strong leadership and team training capabilities
- Able to handle administrative duties such as inventory and payroll
- Flexible to work long hours in a 24-hour operation

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality beverage management
- At least 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
- Expertise in mixology and beverage trend research

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with inventory, payroll, and cost control administration
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the cocktail restaurant and bar
- Develop and execute creative cocktail recipes
- Research latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- Schedule staff and manage labor costs
- Train and develop beverage team members
- Maintain inventory and control costs including payroll
- Ensure exceptional guest service and engagement
