Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensure excellence in product quality and presentation
  • Maintain speed of service standards in high volume environment
  • Enforce cleanliness and sanitation protocols
  • Drive hospitality and guest engagement
  • Hire, train, and develop bar team
  • Create weekly schedules based on volume forecasting
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Build culture of accountability and precision
  • Manage beverage COGS targets
  • Control waste and spoilage
  • Monitor labor percentage
  • Drive throughput during peak hours
  • Order management and pars
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Seasonal product rollouts
  • Collaborate on seasonal launches with local partners and celebrities
