Job Duties
- Ensure excellence in product quality and presentation
- Maintain speed of service standards in high volume environment
- Enforce cleanliness and sanitation protocols
- Drive hospitality and guest engagement
- Hire, train, and develop bar team
- Create weekly schedules based on volume forecasting
- Conduct performance reviews
- Build culture of accountability and precision
- Manage beverage COGS targets
- Control waste and spoilage
- Monitor labor percentage
- Drive throughput during peak hours
- Order management and pars
- Vendor relationship management
- Inventory counts and reconciliation
- Seasonal product rollouts
- Collaborate on seasonal launches with local partners and celebrities
