Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in luxury hospitality
- at least 3 years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
- experience in creating innovative cocktail recipes
- skilled in scheduling and labor cost management
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficient in inventory, payroll, and cost control systems
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting
Job Duties
- lead a team of engaged and driven beverage staff
- execute creative cocktail recipes while researching the latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- manage scheduling, minimize labor costs, and streamline operational processes
- train staff and build strong relationships within the team
- maintain administrative tasks including inventory control, payroll, and cost management
- operate effectively in a 24-hour environment and manage long working hours
- uphold high standards of service integrity and follow through on department goals
